Beltek

In the competitive world of electronic music production, Martin ‘Beltek’ Bijelić has hit the career fast-track his with his tech/house/prog audio hybrid. In 2007, with his freshman track ‘Copacabana’, Beltek pulled off his first musical coup. He engaged Pete Tong with the track to such an extent that it became the winner of his Fast Trax producer competition. From such promising beginnings, ...at hurricane pace, he has delivered one twisting imaginative floor-charger after another. For example if you don't know his #1 selling techno hit 'Back In The Race', his remix for Faithless's single 'Tweak Your Nipple' or 'Kenta' which he recorded on Tiesto's label, then you aren't from planet Earth for sure.

Up to date he has now recorded original songs for Toolroom, 1605, Cr2, Global Underground, PIAS, Ministry of Sound, Armada, Black Hole, Nettwerk and remixed artists like Faithless, Shakira, Gareth Emery and others.

Rena Bak

We Play... / Collectiva

Rena Bak

It is rare nowadays, in an increasingly cynical and competitive scene, for young and upcoming DJ's to get much recognition or opportunity to showcase their talents. In an industry where affiliation and endorsement from more established artists is key and where tastes and attention spans grow more fickle by the day it seems increasingly difficult for budding artists to break new ground. Rena Bak has overcome these preconceptions and transcended a heavily male dominated arena by sticking to a strict work ethic and a healthy and imaginative approach to her music. A relative newcomer to DJing but with a lengthy and enthusiastic exposure to electronic house music, she brings a fresh, innovative and contagious brew of energy to her performances! Concentrating on gigging around her native Greece, she has steadily built herself a loyal fan base and developed her technical and programming skills. Having paid her dues and worked her way up from a consistent, dependable warm-up DJ she has effortlessly made the transition to peak time performer and crowd pleaser. Adding another bow to her resume, 2011 has seen her make her first forays into the studio, working on a few original productions. While the term "electronic house music" is an apt description of her musical directions, Rena's sets can encompass everything from the deepest house to the funkiest, raunchiest techno-always blended and mixed with precision and soul!

Roy Rosenfeld

Roy Rosenfeld

Roy Rosenfeld (Born August 1st, 1987) is an Israeli electronic music producer, based in Jerusalem. He started producing electronic music at the end of 2008, and as of now, he creates in all house and techno genres such as Deep House, Tech House, Progressive, Electro, Minimal, etc.

After winning three prestigious remix competitions that were conducted by Cr2 Records, Kindergarten and by the top digital online stores, Roy has won massive publicity. While he was temporarily listed in the electro charts he gained the support of big DJs and producers from all over the world.

Other than his solo releases, he also made remixes for big names such as: Chris Lake, John Acquaviva, Lutzenkirchen, Miles Dyson, Lazy Rich, Tomcraft, Milton Jackson, Tube & Berger, Luigi Rocca, Amo & Navas and many others.

Roy chose to summarize his principles in a few sentences:

"These days there are plenty of genres and styles within the electronic scene, which cause our minds to be fixated / square and stuck into the "rules" of those music genres.

We can always pursue those styles and learn from them a lot, but always keep a warm place for our unique sound and style. We need to preserve and protect the uniqueness and specialties of each one of us. Do not let it run next to you. I believe this is the way to success."

As of Late 2010, Roy is promoting the Rusted Records label, alongside his partners Osho and Elad.

This fast spreading label hosts and represents some of the best techno and house scene artists, from all over the world, and is highly supported by the worlds best DJs.

Spektre

“Spektre have been one of the most consistent and solid production outfits in recent memory and I, for one, have become a huge fan and supporter of their sound. Whether they are producing mad, peak time bombs, or setting dancefloors on fire with their awesome live sets, these guys are definitely ones to watch and a bright shining light for the shape and sound of techno to come!” - UMEK “If there was a checklist for success, Spektre would have crossed off everything by now. Played gigs all over Europe – done, produced lots of strong releases & remixes – done 10 so far this year to be precise, topped the Beatport sales chart – done, got support from all the big techno guys, Sven Vath, Dubfire, Stephen Bodzin & Laurent Garnier – done, won the respect of their peers – done” - Mixmag

“Spektre's productions consist of solid techno that really remembers the rave. Music that is cool but also fun and highly danceable. These guys are just going to get bigger” - James Zabiela

“The homegrown producers tipped to give Berlin’s techno crowd a run for their money” - DJ Mag

Tom Hades

Rhythm Converted / 1605 / MB Elektronics

Tom Hades

Tom Hades started to discover and experiment with electronic music when listening to DAF, Kraftwerk, Front 242 ... At the age of 15 he bought his first keyboard, the famous Casio CZ-101 and transformed his game-computer, Amiga 500, into his first DAW. Quickly he got experienced with MIDI-integration and sampling functions, which gave him even more urge for buying/selling new material as addition to his current setup.

During the same period, his old school friend, RedHead, was co-producing with Marco Bailey. He got in contact with Marco too which led them in 2000 to their first co release. And this was the start of a big period of releases, included the anthem of "I Love Techno" in 2001. Have a look at the discography for the complete overview ... In the same year as I Love Techno Tom started to do live performances. He got more & more experienced and started to play all over the world.

His live performance was fully appreciated in countries like Spain, Colombia, Brazil, France, Poland, Sweden, Mexico, Japan, Austria, Italy, Norway, Ireland, ... and on many known festivals like Nature One, I Love Techno, City Parade, ... In the first period of 2002, Tom also produced his first solo release. In the next years he continued to produce tracks on his own as well as his co-production with Marco on respected labels like MB Elektronics, Drumcode, Bedrock, Tronic, Excentric Musik, 1605, Pornographic Recordings, Rhythm Convert(ed), Lupp, ... In 2004, they decided it was time to take the next step, start a label. And so Rhythm Convert was born. Initially, the purpose of the label was to give an opportunity to new talents to release their stuff. After a long break of releasing Tom restarted the label again in 2010. Many big artists already signed to the label so loads & loads to come in the future !!

Guys like Virgil Enzinger, Submerge, Alan Fitzpatrick, The Advent & Industrialyzer, Brian Sanhaji as well as Axel Karakasis, Spiros Kaloumenos, Veztax, ... did a very good job to show the people what is was all about. End 2004, Marco & Tom released their full album, Rude Boy, caused a stir all over the world. The best proof was their live performance during Nature One where they literally "blew the place to kingdom come"! In the year 2009 E=mc2 was released as a second album on MB Elektronics.

Recognized world widely by the big players in the scene the album surely proofed the quality of the release.

His current releases on labels like MB Elektronics, Rhythm Convert(ed), Bedrock and Drumcode are oriented in the same way his musical taste changes: intelligenter way of drum programming with flavors of techno, minimal and tekhouse. Nowadays, Tom can be booked as a dj or a live-set performance. You can expect dj-sets with dedication and filled with energy, as known from his live-sets, to give his fans the pleasure of clubbing !

In the means of productions, future releases will certainly be done, so keep your eyes open on some new productions, because Tom will certainly surprise lots of people!!!
